Having a contest with a big prize at your event is certain to increase your event profile - attracting more players, bigger sponsors, and more fundraising dollars. Let Hole in One Promotions assume the risk of the prize payment, allowing you to focus on the fun of your event.

If no shots have been taken, we can easily adjust your coverage contract for the same season's rescheduled event date. If the event is canceled and no shots were taken, we can reimburse you for the cost of the coverage minus the cost of the signage and shipping. Feel confident no matter what the weather is by purchasing our weather coverage!

Hole In One Promotions will not be onsite at your event. The witness should be provided by the event coordinator; see your coverage contract for additional information.

If you do not require tee signs, we can provide you with coverage 24 hours prior to the event. If you require signs, please contact us 5 days in advance to avoid rush shipping charges. Your HIO Pro can assist with any special situation.

For the main prize, there can only be one winner. For the bonus prizes, multiple players winners can win. If you want to opt for additional main prize opportunities, we can easily upgrade one of the bonus prizes to a larger main prize. Ask us how!

Please contact us within 24 hours of the shot by emailing [email protected] or calling (888) 817-1089. Please provide the contact information for the shotmaker, the witness(es) and the Club Pro. You will also need to provide the scorecard and the tournament tee sheet.

We have access to customizable products, tee gifts, banners, signage, and raffle prizes - everything that will help promote both your event and the sponsor’s participation.
